Children’s Books (Polish name “Halobajki”) is an innovative, free mobile application designed by Ładne Halo Publishing House from Łódź in Poland in collaboration with Advertising Agency Wunderman and Nokia/Microsoft. It has been awarded The Red Dot Design Award 2014 in Communication design, which is an international recognisable design prize described as the industry’s equivalent of the Oscars.
Children’s Books is the application with beautifully illustrated and interactive books for kids and the whole family. It’s no longer that you just read books, now you play with them! Books are full of funny animations and encourage the user to experiment with touch, mobile accelerometer and microphone. It’s an invitation to learn and have a lot of fun at once.
