Pierre Cardin's former bubble palace is for sale

The 1200 sqm building designed by the Hungarian architect Antti Lovag used to be the residence of fashion designer Pierre Cardin, but the unorthodox palace might have a new owner soon.

Antti Lovag, an architect of Hungarian descent who lived in France and died in 2014, designed the bubble house near Cannes, which was originally made for the industrialist, Pierre Bernard, in the late 1970s, and was purchased by the famous fashion designer Pierre Cardin in 1992.

Located in Théoule-sur-Mer in the south of France, the house for sale has ten bedrooms and unique furniture designed to fit the building’s style, while outside it has a lake, a swimming pool, and an outdoor stage able to fit five hundred people.
