Behold the world’s longest suspension bridge: Sky Bridge 721

Architectural firm TAROS NOVA a.s. has completed for its client the Dolní Morava resort, the longest suspension bridge in the world. Located in the Czech Republic, the structure is surrounded by nature offering visitors an extraordinary view.

Sky Bridge 721, a footbridge crossing the Králský Sněžník mountain range, crosses a valley 95 meters above ground and spans 721 meters. The bridge can be accessed at an altitude of 1125 meters above sea level, while the exit is at 1135 meters above sea level.

Designing the bridge was a real challenge, with TAROS NOVA a.s. producing more than 100 variants and countless structural analyses, but coordinating logistics and construction was no easy feat either.
