Prefab cabin surrounded by volcanic craters

Surrounded by eighty once active volcanoes, on a landscape dotted with lava hills and craters, two lucky people can win a mini-vacation for a single euro in the Chaîne des Puys area of France. A hot air balloon ride, sunrise yoga, and a Michelin-starred dinner await those who book early on Airbnb.

Airbnb teamed up with the mineral water brand Volvic to celebrate that we can travel more freely in this current phase of the pandemic: a prefab cabin called the LumiPod will be set up in the French Chaîne des Puys tectonic area and rented to a lucky couple for a single euro. The LumiPod’s special, curved window offers an exceptional panorama of the landscape, but a special program package also awaits the lucky winners. In addition to the ones listed above, the two-day stay includes a guided tour of the natural park, as well as a volcano hike.

Booking will open at 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 2021. The lucky couple is offered accommodation and programs for one euro, but guests have to arrange their travel at their own expense.
