Architecture studio HAL has created a 35-meter-high transparent swimming pool bridge between two buildings at the Embassy Gardens development in Battersea, London. Named Sky Pool, the breathtaking swimming pool is made entirely from acrylic panels, allowing swimmers to look directly down to the streets below.

The project has caused controversy, as the pool is not accessible for all tenants equally. According to the Guardian, the affordable housing residents within the development aren’t allowed to access the swimming pool, with no option to buy an entry ticket either.
