This year marks the eighth year of commemorating the Hungarian Revolution in one way or another. The ideology of the Revolution and War of Independence of 1848-49 has been a permanent and preferred topic since the launch of our magazine, for which we prepare in all circumstances.
This year, we left the boundaries of Budapest and have gone all the way from Kiskunfélegyháza to Ikervár to take shots of statues that are the most remarkable pieces made of Sándor Petőfi, Lajos Batthyány or Lajos Kossuth.
With the statues illuminated with flares and the excerpt of Sándor Petőfi’s poem titled “Magyar vagyok” (I am a Magyar) presented by Zoltán Latinovics, this year’s material is infused with a deep and heavy atmosphere.

Warsaw-based weaving workshop Bimbi DECO found us on Instagram, and we fell in
love with the decorative hand-made tapestries and pillows at the very first
sight.
The founder of the brand is Małgosia Kołodziejczak: she initially studied
architecture and specialized in heritage protection before finally deciding
three years ago that
