A 1920s pasta factory on the outskirts of Arraiolos in southern Portugal could become a hotel, restaurant, co-working space, and gallery.
Originally part of a farm, the building was converted into a pasta factory to make better use of its produce. Plans now call for a twelve-bedroom guesthouse with gardens and a swimming pool, while the warehouses will be transformed into a co-working space, gallery, and restaurant. The location of the city is also excellent, with Lisbon and the coast about an hour away, and the UNESCO World Heritage city of Évora just 20 minutes away.
