The Hungarian fashion brand stops its sales in Russia, dedicating its human and financial resources to support Ukrainian refugees and creatives. Nanuska founder Szandra Sándor grew up in the socialist era, in the shadow of the 1956 Russian invasion of Hungary.
The Budapest-based brand is showing solidarity with the citizens of Ukraine, and by getting involved, they want to prevent another generation from growing up with the memory of war. For this reason, the brand’s sales team will not forge any new deals with Russian wholesale partners, will not fulfill outstanding orders and has stopped its deliveries to Russia. The fashion brand is working with one of the leading charities, the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta and the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, to provide the most effective aid.
