The construction of Vydrica, one of the most anticipated development projects in Bratislava, is progressing according to plan.
The complex will comprise 375 apartments, offices, shops, and cultural spaces on 3.7 hectares of land. The first apartments will be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2024.
The video shows the reconstructed water tower, the elevator connecting the complex to the castle, and the underpass linking Vydrica to the nearby Old Town.
The project also includes a number of important historical monuments, including two pits, five meters in diameter and 10 meters deep, which were once used to store ice from the Danube. The pits, dating back to the 15th century, will be open to the public.
