The special feature of the building, dreamed up by the British architectural firm Foster + Partners, is that with its 200-meters height it will be almost twice as tall as the 103-meters high Athens Tower, thus winning the title of the tallest building in Greece.
The building, which will be covered in greenery, has a structure that can be divided vertically into two parts and will contain two hundred apartments. Its two towers are connected by multifunctional communal spaces such as pools, and lush gardens.
