Flying Objects won the industry’s most prestigious recognition, the iF Design Award, for the second time, now for speeding up and securing logistics operations with their AX System management system.
The jury examined the competing products’ innovativeness, visual appearance and user-helping capabilities. The Hungarian innovation, created based on the Safety Logistics Kft. company’s idea, is a system controlled by artificial intelligence that makes transport safer and smoother in warehouses and logistics centers. AX System is able to detect moving objects, calculate their movement and then give light and sound signals so that users don’t have to slow down or stop unnecessarily at dangerous intersections, speeding up the process of moving goods.
The Flying Objects studio was founded in 2013 by András Húnfalvi and Ferenc Laufer. Since then, they have been winning awards regularly at two of the most important international competitions, the iF and the Red Dot Design Awards, for example for their Hand-in-Scan hand hygiene scanner.
