The Parmigiano Reggiano, Italy’s all-time favorite cheese has been made using the same methods and ingredients for nearly a thousand years. This design competition aims to reinforce the role of Parmesan as a cultural icon, with the support of Italian design studios such as Alessi and Kartell.
