Hungarian photographers unite in memory of Simon Móricz-Sabján

The photographer, who died tragically young last December, was a talented and much-loved figure in Hungarian photography. His colleagues are now commemorating him with a charity exhibition.

Simon Móricz-Sabján, a Capa Grand Prize-winning photographer and a leading figure in Hungarian documentary photography, died late last year. His former colleagues are now holding an exhibition at the prestigious Einspach Fine Art & Photography gallery in Budapest in an attempt to process his loss and to help his widow and four children by selling the images on display. His friends and colleagues have donated their work to the exhibition, including photography legends Éva Keleti, Péter Hapák, and Zoltán Tombor.
