CUKOVY’s new collection invites us to play with modular solutions: detachable sleeves and hoods being variety to the Hungarian brand’s fall-winter quilted coats.
CUKOVY started designing their fall-winter collection with a bold and experimental attitude. The designers were looking for flexible and practical solutions—this is how the AETHERIC EASE collection featuring quilted vests, jackets and coats was born, in which the introduction of detachable accessories result in versatile and multi-purpose items.
The designs of the previous collection are replaced by more casual lines and warmer colors, even though the “nostalgia for the future” still served as a great source of inspiration during design.
In addition to playfulness, durability and sustainability also played a key role in the design process: the pieces sewn in Hungary are made of largely recycled, high-quality Italian textiles and goose feather.
