MOME Anim, Bookr Kids and the National Crime Prevention Council, collaborated on a series of videos about solidarity, in which second and third-year animation students of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design worked together with students from the Design and Art Management Department.
The short films explore acceptance, grief, bullying, break-ups, mental illness and community. The production of the video series offered students the opportunity of cross-field teamwork and a way to get to know each other’s work.
From the ideas submitted under the heading “solidarity,” six plans were selected and implemented by the teams on a project basis, in a real market context and with complete creative freedom.
You can watch the animated films and short interviews with the creators on the university’s website.
