While the power struggle between countries over space is well under way, private companies also entered the competition – to achieve none other, but being the first to open the space for tourism.
In pursuit of this goal, Virgin Galactic has just unveiled the passenger cabin of its SpaceShipTwo spacecraft. The cabin is still under testing, but already promises an impressively elegant look, maximum comfort and safety to investors and interested parties. Its attractions include customizable seats, while the quite many windows also enhance comfort and experience. The most exciting part is perhaps the mirror in the back of the cabin, designed to help passengers see themselves floating weightless.
