Persze a projekt pusztán spekuláció, de remek betekintést nyújt a nem is olyan távoli jövőbe. Schmeers bioműanyagból álló hét terméke különböző tápanyagokat és energiát tartalmaz. Ilyenek, a létszükségletű fehérjék, rostok és vitaminok.
Az eredményül kapott tárgyak baromi furák, futurisztikusak, mégis csábítóan hatnak. Schmeer nem titkolt vágya, hogy termékeit a hétköznapokba is átültethesse, s ezzel egy új típusú “biológiailag befolyásolt otthoni teret” alkothasson mely esztétikailag is átalakítja ezt a tudományos témát.

Speculating on the possibilities of products made from enzyme-enhanced bioplastics, Schmeers created seven products, each producing various nutrients and energy – such as protein, fibre and vitamins – needed by humans.
The resulting objects are strange, yet alluring, reflecting Schmeer’s desire for the products to be part of a new type of ‘biologically-influenced domestic space’ using an aesthetic that veers away from the scientific theme.
