Emerald Hotel | Szervita tér

The interior design drawings of Emerald Residence, the new luxury hotel built on the place of the former Telephone Central Office were published in the past few days. As expected, elegance and high quality will by echoed by each and every square centimeter of the hotel at Szervita tér. Let’s see!

The internal spaces of the apartment house and boutique hotel to be implemented in close architectural unity with the neighboring Saint Anne church were designed by Este’r Partners. This is how lead designer Eszter Radnóczy describes the project:

“In Emerald, we created a cosmopolitan, yet high-end, soft and somewhat exotic interior for the otherwise modern building.”

The team of Este’r Partners has proven their professional aptitude several times already: they are responsible for the interior design concepts of The Loft Budapest and Mamaison Hotel Andrássy Budapest.

Here, at Emerald Residence, they provide the usual high quality once again – elegant, noble materials (marble, velvet) and unique solutions can be seen within the walls of the hotel. One of the main shades will be acid green, the color of Emerald. In addition, the spaces of the hotel will be characterized by the use of raw walnut wood and the playful placement of various mirrors.
