Super Mario 3D World finally comes out on Nintendo Switch

Something old, something new: the edition Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury brings two superb games for users. The three-dimensional version of the classic game and the open-world extension connected to it deliver limitless possibilities for entertainment.

The first game is a mix of the original, two-dimensional Super Mario and its succeeding 3D version: the levels are built linearly, but characters can move freely through space. The game, originally created for Wii U, is most enjoyable when played with three other gamers, which can also be done virtually using the console’s internet connection.

Bowser’s Fury is the first Mario game in which we’re not progressing level-by-level. Adventures await us in a new, open-world set-up with a vast universe whose beauty lies in its unpredictability.

The reason for connecting these two games are the true heroes of the internet: cats. In Super Mario 3D World, Mario and his mates can climb walls with a kitty costume power-up, while in Bowser’s Fury, our protagonist sometimes turns into a ginormous Cat Mario.
