Recycled Living Space: the latest wave of sustainable design

Recycled Living Space: the latest wave of sustainable design

This December at Hybridart Space gallery, we will be enchanted by the unparalleled synergy of sustainability and creativity in the exhibition "Recycled Design - Recycled Living Space".

Hybridart Management's call for entries aims to raise awareness that it is already possible to create sustainable living spaces in our country that are not only environmentally friendly, but also design-oriented.

The exhibition entitled Recycled Living Space features the work of designers who are passionate about re- and upcycling and zero waste. The objects on display have been created using materials that have been partially or entirely recycled. The conscious designers have sought to use innovative, creative - almost playful - solutions that are not only visually stunning but also have a minimal ecological footprint.

Hybridart Space will showcase the latest in upcycling/recycling design from 4 December to 10 January. The works on show are an inspiring demonstration of how waste can become a valuable and unique design object.

A further curiosity of the exhibition is that the Grey Heron relief, also made in the spirit of environmental awareness, will debut at the Recycled Design exhibition during this summer's Hybridart Camp. The students of the Pannon University in Veszprém created the impressive relief under the artistic guidance of sculptor Bajári Zsolt. The work of art was created from building nets previously used for public advertising campaigns, underlining the creative and productive way in which art can be combined with waste recycling.

The winning designers and artists behind the exhibited works are all committed to environmental sustainability, redefining the concept of sustainable design through their unique techniques and use of materials.
