E-paper has never seemed like such an attractive technology before as it does now on Reddit, where a user named armedialabs unveiled his SpaceX-inspired space boarding card.
The small object dubbed SpaceX Travel Card uses e-ink technology, and makes the illusion of interplanetary travel tangible.

In the half-minute short video, we can observe a booking procedure for an imaginary space trip, which includes the user selecting a destination, date and time, and the number of passengers with only a few gestures. Then, our boarding pass appears in the form of a QR code. SpaceX aims to take humans to Mars by 2024, so what we see in the video might not even be such a distant reality.
