Today, we got to know the new image of the Veszprém European Capital of Culture 2023 project. The quite strong professional jury had to select from highly acclaimed applicants, and, as far as I am concerned, they did not have an easy job.
The applicants included de_form, Graphasel, Hidden Characters, Mesterházy Ákos, Peltan-Brosz Studio and Andrej Tóth, so it is safe to say that dominant players of the Hungarian contemporary visual design sphere were amongst the contestants. The jury included Anna Farkas, Eszter Laki, László Hegyeshalmi and Can Togay in addition to president Gábor Gerhes.
The winner application was prepared by Hidden Characters, and you can see its substantial elements below. We will introduce the other works in detail soon!
