Those interested can now explore the past thirty years of Hungarian fashion in an exclusive publication. Titled Színfalak mögött – A magyar divat (Behind the scenes – Hungarian Fashion), the book was edited by Bence Csalár, and the cherry on top is brought by Enikő Mihalik as the ambassador of the publication.
A gap-filling book was published on Hungarian fashion, edited by fashion journalist and blogger Bence Csalár, a lecturer of METU and Werk Academy in Budapest. The publication showcases the most important Hungarian fashion brands, movements and creative experts of the past thirty years. Readers also get a review of fashion history and the most important workshops of the Hungarian designer scene.
In the book featuring fifty Hungarian designers, the audience will find many fascinating brand stories that have remained hidden until now including that of Kati Zoób, Dóra Abodi, the Pécsi Kesztyűmanufaktúra (Glove Manufactory of Pécs) or Tisza shoes, also presenting the personal, human side of the success stories. The ambassador of the publication is world-famous supermodel Enikő Mihalik, who, similarly to Bence, also cares a lot about contemporary Hungarian fashion– the exclusive volume also offers an insight into her story and international model career, of course.
The Színfalak mögött – A magyar divat was published by BOOOK publishing house.
