According to a Dutch studio, this is how the smart devices of the future will look like

According to the Amsterdam studio Modem, the wearable technologies of the future will not be nearly as futuristic as science fiction movies depict them.

Patented Futures, a joint project between Modem and Studio Bjørn Ibsen, translates the visions of Silicon Valley tech giants into 3D object models. The designed objects are based on patents from the companies, using designs from Facebook, Apple and Google, among others. The resulting visual designs show objects that are completely ordinary but could serve as a gateway to virtual reality in the future.
