Polish singer, Brodka, appears in beautiful photos for the Reserved limited collection campaign

Reserved has launched a real all-arts fashion campaign: a capsule collection has been designed with the help of Polish singer Brodka, with pieces that are strongly permeated by the taste of the performer, the atmosphere of her new album and the world of brutalist architecture and op-art.

Reserved has supported Brodka before: the brand was also responsible for the outfit in her video clip Game Change, and in September this year, the BRODKA x RESERVED collection, co-designed with the singer, finally debuted, featuring less extravagant versions of garments of that clip.

The collection was inspired by the brutalist architecture that dominated Poland in the 1960s and 1970s, but the designers were also influenced by the op-art movement, while the Japanese motifs and the masculine tailoring are a reflection of Brodka’s specific taste. Irregular lines, wavy outer seams, bright and pastel color combinations characterize all the clothes and accessories, including bolder pieces and pieces that can be easily incorporated into a simple wardrobe. The entire collection was made in Europe, mainly in Poland. Alpaca fiber, wool, silk, organic cotton and environmentally friendly NAIA™, LENZING™ and ECOVERO™ materials were also used to make the clothes.

The campaign photos were taken by Polish photographer Bartek Wieczorek. Although many brutalist buildings in Poland could have served as a background for the pictures, the crew eventually voted for Valencia in Spain. The series and campaign video were made in front of the city’s famous brutalist residential building, the Espai Verd. The special feature of Espai Verd is that all levels of the concrete building are colored by proliferating plants and trees. The photos sought to give the impression of an abandoned building rather than a residential building.
