Since its introduction in 2009, the Design Management Award has recognized organizations that have demonstrated outstanding achievements and successful operating models through the effective integration of design management at the national and international levels. Entries are now open for this year!
The Hungarian Design Council (HDC) has been honoring organizations that have excelled in applying a design management approach for more than ten years now. For the Design Management Award (DMA) 2022, anyone can nominate outstanding organizations, businesses, or institutions, as well as nominate their own organization. The winner will receive a certificate of recognition and a gross amount of one million forints, which will be presented at the Gala Ceremony during the Budapest Design Week 2022.
This year again, the HDC’s jury of experts will judge the entries on aspects such as promoting responsible user behavior, sustainability and social sensitivity, and the implementation of design thinking in corporate culture.
The deadline for nominations for the Design Management Award is midnight May 25, 2022. Entries and applications must be submitted by midnight on June 15, 2022, to mfti@hipo.gov.hu.
