Sauna in the great outdoors

The French company LUMICENE dreamed up a prefabricated, high-end sauna cabin with arched windows that blends into its environment harmoniously, connecting its user with nature. Meet the LUMIPOD!

The wooden sauna cabin offers a panoramic view thanks to its arched glass window. All of the cabin’s details were created so that its design blends into its surroundings in a minimalist and natural way. It is three and a half meters high and covered with heat-treated pine wood. According to plans, the device will be available in a terraced version as well.

Its interior is made of alder wood and has a sixty-centimeter deep bench that provides comfort for up to four people. Lighting is installed under the seats and the heat is provided by an eight-kilowatt Tylö Sense electric stove, in collaboration with Tylö. The LUMIPOD sauna has all the necessary accessories for comfortable sauna use: bucket, ladle, thermometer, hygrometer, and hourglass.
