Ceramic clock collection | Patrzwork

Polish designer Dominika Kowalska-Zabłotna has led an interior design studio for years, and during that time, she often found it problematic to find functional household objects with clean aesthetics. This was especially true for wall, table and pendulum clocks, and so she decided to bring a change to the clock scenery. This is how her studio dubbed Patrzwork was born in Sopot, where she’s designing her decorative, colorful yet minimalist clock collection, made of ceramics.

According to the designer, our everyday household objects form an integral part of our living environment, and so she pays close attention to every tiny detail—she has created her clock collection along her own ideas. The pastel-toned clocks sporting simple shapes gently stand out from the background of walls.

The brand does not only have Dominika behind it, the implementation of her ideas is also facilitated by experts from other fields: while Dominika designs, her sister Zuzia is in charge of communication, and Marcin, an expert of ceramic art, is responsible for manufacturing the clocks.
