The Poranek breakfast place opened its doors in 2020 in a smaller Polish town, Koszalin. The space, open with love and passion, worked with great richness of detail in the design of the menu and the interior, and the end result was a harmony of the two. The uniqueness of the place can be seen even in a small area, and the unusual brand identity is also reflected in the food.
Poranek also caters to guests following a plant-based diet, and in addition to vegan cakes and pastries, we can choose from sugar-free and gluten-free delicacies. For those who are not sweet-mouthed, bagels await.
Recurring elements in the aesthetics of the place are flowers and plants, in a special way: the cozy, tasty breakfasts are decorated with bright pink and purple petals of flowers. If you would drink something special, you can also try the rosy cappuccino with them, and if you feel like continuing your day at home in a similar mood, you can also buy a bouquet of flowers locally.
