The online graphic design challenge, known as 36 Days of Type, was held this year as well, again with a record number of people joining. The challenge began on April 5, entertaining millions of creatives every day by designing another character in the alphabet.
Being resourceful and creative is an achievement and instinct born with us. 36 Days of Type is an event that could be joined not only by letter experts but also by artists and designers from anywhere in the world: those who are able to reinterpret the character of a letter to the point of a work, giving it a new meaning. As a result, we could see the letters from thousands of contexts for 36 days.
Held for the eighth time, the challenge was supported by Adobe, the best-known software maker for design programs. Thanks to Barcelona-based graphic designers Nina Sans and Rafa Goicoechea, the event has gained an amazing profile since the event kicked off in 2014. Contestants shared their work on their Instagram as they completed the new tasks released day by day, and the organizers selected the best of the posts marked with the #36daysoftype tag.
In the current selection of HIGHLIGHTS, exceptionally, we have selected our favorites from the work done in one project, within the framework of 36 Days of Type. Have fun!
