Bjarke Ingels, Danish architect and founder of BIG, one of the world’s best-known architecture studios, is now facing new challenges. With Nabr, a housing design company, he aims to create affordable, modular homes that put the well-being of the occupants first.
In contrast to the increasingly expensive, poor quality, and standardized homes, Nabr will offer residents the opportunity to design spaces together, tailored to their needs. With this new project, Ingels aims to prove that sustainable human presence on Earth is already achievable with existing technologies.
