NASA’s rover, Perseverance, arrived on the red planet on Thursday, late at night according to Central European Time. Here are the first shots taken by the robot!
NASA’s Martian rover Perseverance, which was launched into space in August 2020, has successfully arrived at the Jezero Crater. Developed from $ 2.7 billion, Perseverance will be researching traces of life and recording the sounds of the Martian atmosphere for the next two years. Shortly after its successful landing, NASA shared the rover’s first shots and promised they would be followed by more in the coming days.
