More than 30 Hungarian and regional designers presented their collections at this year’s Budapest Central European Fashion Week, preceding the four international fashion weeks. Preponed for strategic reasons, the event was attended by wholesalers, Hungarian and international journalists who had the chance to discover the 2022/23 autumn-winter collections in the capital’s iconic locations.
The ninth edition of the Fashion Week, held from 31 January to 6 February, transformed Budapest into a real fashion city. One exciting thematic program after another. The fashion shows started on Friday in the Royal Riding Hall, and then wholesalers, journalists and fashion professionals had the chance to discover the Autumn-Winter 2022/23 collections at the Museum of Fine Arts.
This year, accessory and jewelry brands were given the opportunity to showcase alongside clothing brands. Seven domestic brands were on show at the Museum of Fine Arts, and five at the Deák Palace on Fashion Street.
