The Design Without Borders (DWB) exhibition has been a defining forum of the Hungarian design scene for many years. This year, along with works by more than 160 artists from 16 countries, the latest in Slovenian design will be on show in Budapest for two months under the title Made in Slovenia—The Future of Living.
The selection also features world-famous artists like Yrjö Kukkapuro and Erja Hirvi from Finland, Jamie Hayón from Spain, Ross Lovegrove from Britain and Sebastian Herkner from Germany. The contemporary jewelry design school series will include works by students of the Estonian Academy of Arts’ Jewellery and Blacksmithing faculty, and objects awarded in the “must-have” competition of the Łódź Design Festival.
The event is part of the Budapest Autumn Festival and is organized in collaboration with Budapest Brand as part of the Budapest Design Week.
