Warsaw has once again been listed as one of the ten most vegan-friendly cities in the world by HappyCow, in a report ranking the world’s plant-based restaurants.
Warsaw has snatched the 9th place in the ranking, published since 2019, behind London, Berlin, New York, Melbourne, Singapore, Los Angeles, Bangkok, and Amsterdam.
According to the report, the number of vegan dining options in the Polish capital has continued to grow this year, with nearly seventy vegan restaurants within a ten-kilometer radius. Restaurants such as Edamame and Youmiko, known for their sushi, the Italian restaurant Leonardo Verde, the Mexican Momenick, and the vegan seafood restaurant Dziki Królik are the hallmark of the city’s plant-based dining scene. They are joined by vegan dessert shops such as Słodki Bez, Eter, Bajer Veganska, and Vegestacja.
