Warsaw Home & Contract has been temporarily suspended due to the pandemic, but the biggest design fair in Central and Eastern Europe is back. The theme of this year’s fifth edition is Reunion, and it will be held from 27-30 October at Ptak Warsaw Expo, where five hundred Polish and international exhibitors will be showcasing their work.
Thanks to the tradition of the Polish furniture industry, Warsaw is the right place to host such a large-scale design event. This year’s design fair is even more ambitious, covering 140,000 square meters, making it the largest design fair in Central and Eastern Europe. As in the past, Warsaw Home & Contract will bring together architects, interior designers, real estate and hospitality professionals and design enthusiasts.
At Ptak Warsaw Expo, five thematic presentations will showcase new trends and innovations across a wide range of product categories, including Warsaw Home Furniture, Warsaw Home Textile, Warsaw Home Light, Warsaw Home Kitchen and Warsaw Home Build (a category for the construction and interior design industry). Visitors can also attend forums, workshops and lectures. They can also visit exhibitions such as IDEAS (Ideas), curated by Warsaw Home & Contract founder Kasia Ptak, showcasing innovative concepts dreamed up by emerging architects and designers.
