A cocktail after your eye exam? Why not?

A cocktail after your eye exam? Why not?

Tipton Eyeworks set up a professional eye examination salon in quite an unconventional environment, in one of the coziest bars of the city: The Workshop in Paulay Ede utca.

Tipton has become a world-famous brand by today, several world stars have already ordered from the specs frames made of vinyl. Tipton Eyeworks known for their creative collaborations gained recognition once again during the lockdown by providing free glasses to almost five hundred Hungarian doctors and nurses, also convincing the distributors of premium lenses to join the initiative.

The brand thrives and flourishes even after the lockdown. The best proof for this is that by joining forces with Brodyland, they created a modern yet cozy eye examination salon in one of the coolest bars of capital. The Workshop located at Paulay Ede utca 16 is transformed into a workshop literally, an ophthalmology salon for the summer months. The salon is equipped with the latest eye testing equipment of ZEISS, enforcing the currently quite important “no touch” principle of course. Those interested cannot only browse through prescription glasses but a wide selection of sunglasses, too, in the elegant layout that is so characteristic of Tipton. After choosing their glasses, guests can also choose a drink from the selection of The Workshop – cocktails, artisan beers, coffee specialties – as a courtesy of Tipton Eyeworks, of course.

The originators of the pop-up eye examination workshop also plan to host concerts with limited participants during the summer, being true to Tipton’s music-centered brand, Vinylize. The collaboration taken on with the organizers of SZIGET festival (which has been cancelled this year) will bring the performers to the stage of The Workshop. Nationally recognized musicians and quality drinks at the same place, at the Tipton Pop Up boutique!
