Diána Polgár has been consciously building her professional activity from the very beginning— she realized very early on that she wanted to fulfill her ambition in shoemaking, hence creating her shoe brand DYAN, which harmoniously combines aesthetics, form, and function. The brand has just reached a new milestone with the launch of its latest LAB collection. “These are the first boots from DYAN: no previous collection has ever featured shoes like these; thus, a lot of experimentation has been involved in the design. I was looking for new technical solutions, for example, we worked with non-patterned leathers; thus, the surface of the shoes are unique, we tailored them to fit the collection’s theme. On top of that, the new Italian boot last and soles offer a completely new and fresh design,” tells Diána.
The main element of the autumn-winter collection of boots and ankle boots is the labyrinth: a powerful symbol that is timeless and very relevant. Diána highlighted that “the LAB collection is different from the others because it responds to the current situation. I want to send a positive message: there is always a way out; we just have to find the right direction in the labyrinth!”

I have numerous plans: I want to expand the brand with bags and I definitely want to create a new collection of sneakers, because they are our most popular products. International expansion of the brand is also an important goal for the coming period,” she noted.
