Movie posters | Concepción Studios

We found the super cool posters of Concepción Studios a few weeks back and we immediately browsed through their entire feed, it’s all so rad! We suspected Spanish roots behind the brand name at first, but it turned out that it’s a Californian studio, who have worked with clients such as Paul McCarthy, Beyoncé or Lady Gaga.

The attention of Concepción Studios is concentrated mainly on the film and music industry: they create creative materials, mainly photos and posters, in that field. Last time, for example, they designed a limited collection poster to the movie Joker (which has won Oscar since then) with the executive producer of the film, Joseph Garner. They adapted almost every iconic movie in the form of a poster, including The Shining, the 2001: A Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange and Blade Runner out of the big hits, but the newcomers of pop culture can also be found in the repertoire.

The visual language of the prints is modern, plain and a bit retro at the same time – mid-century modern style is particularly close to the heart of Concepción Studios (and to our hearts, for sure), and this is not only true for their poster inspired by the series Mad Men.

Movie fans will be stunned, for sure, when they see the posters. The good news is that you can also order them online!
