The Purple Dot Studio debuts

The Purple Dot Studio has debuted with prints of young Hungarian female graphic designers: the Budapest-based online store was inspired by the trends of conscious living, fashion and interior design.

Fruzsina Kígyós and Alexandra Nagy came up with the idea of The Purple Dot Studio in 2020. They were inspired by the experience gathered in the course of their art-related activities to create their studio, which they created with the aim of filling people’s environment—homes, living spaces and working areas—with high-quality and limited edition creations. Through these, in addition to comfort, aesthetics could also become an influential factor in our personal spaces. The studio implements all this in collaboration with young Hungarian female graphic designers, by showcasing and offering their works to the audience. Currently their repertoire includes drawings by Zita Borbély, Andrea Csuport, Nóra Demeczky, Gita Elek, Anett Gyökös, Ágnes Herr and Eszter Misztarka.

They plan to expand their selection with new designers and drawings continuously: it is the studio’s not so hidden goal to also involve foreign artists in the project. Until then, check out The Purple Dot Studio’s online store and grab a unique print!
