Enjoy the scenery along the Warta River from a new footbridge

Near the Polish city of Poznań, a new pedestrian and cycling bridge has been built, including a 25-meter-high lookout tower.

The structure, including the shore entrances, is about 200 meters long and floats 10 meters above the water. The location of the bridge is not a coincidence: from the 13th century until the 1940s, a ferry crossing was located here, linking the village of Radojewo with the town of Owińsk.

The new architectural spectacle can be reached by walking along the Warta River from the center of Poznań and is also an attractive new destination for cyclists along the Wartostrada.
