Following their success in Budapest, Hungarian fashion brands enjoyed a great run in Milan too

Following the Hungarian Fashion Week, designers headed to the fashion capital of Italy, where seven Hungarian brands presented their latest Autumn/Winter 2022/23 collections. At Milano Fashion Week, which is one of the four biggest international fashion weeks, the participants of the joint International Mentoring Program of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) and the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) presented their work for almost a week at different venues.

The participants of the International Mentoring Program, ABODI, CUKOVY, Elysian, Kata Szegedi, NINI, THEFOUR and ZSIGMOND presented their Autumn-Winter 2022/23 collections in Milan at the end of February. Milan Fashion Week is one of the most renowned international fashion events and the primary channel for reaching international retailers, distributors and wholesalers.

This international event with world-famous brands gave our designers many opportunities to showcase their work, which is a clear indication of the growing interest in Hungarian fashion. The Hungarian brands were present in three venues altogether, giving them intense visibility that will boost their expansion abroad,” said Zsófia Bata-Jakab, CEO of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency.
